These take 10 minutes to prepare and 40 minutes to cook, so start preparing them 50 minutes before you want to eat.
A few minutes before your fries are ready, heat your chosen chilli.
Prepare any toppings for your Dirty Fries – such as grating some cheese, chopping coriander and/or fresh chillis, smashing avocado and chopping tomatoes.
When the fries are ready, all you need to do is top with your chosen chilli and then add your prepared toppings.

Please note that I have not put any quantities in the recipe - it can therefore be made for any number of people. The amount of fries, chilli and toppings each person will choose can vary dramatically, so it is up to you!
