Combine a heady mix of chillis, smoked paprika, hot paprika, oregano and sugar with some garlic, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, fresh herbs and lemon zest and you have the makings of a spicy, tangy, herby, garlic marinade guaranteed to give you tender meat and a huge flavour punch.
grated zest of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
Collect together your equipment (see Recipe Notes below) and ingredients.
Prepare all the ingredients as described in the list of ingredients.
Simply add all the prepared ingredients to the food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
If not using immediately, cover and store in the fridge. Or transfer to a jam jar with a lid.
